This Pricing & Billing Policy explains how merchants may be charged when using DropSure – Dropshipping & POD on Shopify.
1. Free to Install
DropSure is free to install from the Shopify App Store.
We do not charge any setup fee, installation fee, or platform access fee for merchants to use the app.
2. No Monthly Subscription Fee
DropSure currently does not charge merchants any monthly subscription fee.
Merchants can use DropSure without paying any recurring monthly fee.
If our pricing model changes in the future, merchants will be notified clearly before any paid subscription is introduced.
3. No Free Trial Required
Because DropSure is free to use, no free trial is required.
Merchants may start or stop using the app at any time.
4. Order-Based Fulfillment Charges
Merchants only pay when fulfilling orders through DropSure.
Applicable charges may include:
- Product cost
- Shipping fee
- Fulfillment-related service fees (if applicable)
All applicable charges will be confirmed before order processing or fulfillment.
5. Optional Services
DropSure may also assist merchants with optional services upon request, including:
- POD/customized products
- Branding or packaging support
- Warehousing or special fulfillment requests
Some optional services may involve third-party production costs, minimum order quantities (MOQ), or additional fulfillment requirements.
Any applicable cost will be communicated and confirmed with the merchant before the service is provided.
