Allow Time for Tracking Updates

It’s normal for tracking information to take 1–3 business days to appear after a package has been shipped. This delay is typically due to the shipping carrier not scanning the package until it reaches the next checkpoint. We recommend waiting a bit before taking further action.

Manually Choose the Correct Carrier

Sometimes, tracking platforms such as 17TRACK or ParcelsApp may fail to detect the correct carrier automatically, which can result in missing or inaccurate tracking info. To resolve this:

• Go to your preferred tracking website.

• Enter your tracking number into the search bar.

• Manually select the shipping carrier from the dropdown list.

• Click “Track” to view the most accurate tracking details.

Common Carriers and Their Tracking Number Prefixes
