How to Create DIY Bundled Products

Bundled sales are a commonly used and effective strategy to boost average order value and enhance the shopping experience. In Dropsure, you can create a new SKU by combining two or more existing products and associate it with a product in your Shopify store.

Step 1: Contact Your Account Manager

To initiate the bundling process, please reach out to your Dropsure account manager with detailed instructions. For example:

“I would like to bundle the color and size variations of Product A with the options of Product B.”

Make sure to specify clearly which variants you want to include, how they should be grouped, and how you plan to sell them.

Step 2: SKU Creation Timeframe

Once your request is received, your account manager will create a new combined SKU for you.

This typically takes 1–2 hours. If you are located in Europe or North America, please allow 10–24 hours due to time zone differences.

Step 3: Receive the New SKU

After the new SKU is created, your account manager will send it to you via the in-app chat or display it on the Recommended Products page.

You can then log in to your Dropsure account to:

• View the bundled SKU

• Link it to a product in your Shopify store

• Manage its settings, price, and availability

About Combined SKUs

• A combined SKU is a virtual product, not a physical item.

• It allows one Shopify listing to be linked to multiple Dropsure SKUs for fulfillment.

• All original SKUs remain unchanged and can still be sold individually.

• The price and shipping fee of the combined SKU are equal to the total sum of the included SKUs.

Can I bundle multiple products together?
Yes. It is generally recommended to bundle 2–4 products to keep fulfillment and user experience smooth.

Can I bundle variant options like size or color?
Yes. Variant combinations are supported. Just specify the details clearly when submitting your request.

Will my customers see a bundled product in the store?
Yes. You control how it appears on Shopify. Dropsure only handles the backend fulfillment.

Will this affect the original products?
No. Original SKUs remain active and can still be purchased separately.
