• Your use of the Service indicates that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
• If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not authorized to access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DropSure and supersede any prior agreements or communications.


2. Purchases

Payment Information Requirements
When purchasing services or products, we may ask you to provide accurate information including:
• Credit card number and expiration date
• Billing address and contact details
• Shipping information (if applicable)

Your Responsibilities
• You represent and warrant that all payment information submitted is true, accurate, and complete.
• You must have the legal right to use the payment method (e.g., credit card or PayPal) you provide.

Order Cancellation or Refusal
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in the following circumstances:
1) The product or service is unavailable (e.g., out of stock).
2) Errors in product or service description (e.g., incorrect pricing).
3) Suspected fraud or illegal transactions.

Additional Fees
Shipments to certain countries or regions with higher logistics costs (for example, Saudi Arabia, India, Brazil) may incur additional fees.


3. Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We strive for accuracy, but information on the Service may be inaccurate or incomplete due to:
1) Errors in product pricing or descriptions.
2) Temporary unavailability of products or services.

• You should rely on the latest information displayed on the Service when making decisions.


4. Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions

Promotion Rules
• Specific rules will govern each promotion and will take precedence over these Terms if there is a conflict.
• Participation requires agreement to our Privacy Policy for processing related information.

Right to Modify or Terminate
DropSure may modify or terminate promotions at any time without prior notice.


5. Subscriptions

Current Subscription Status
• DropSure currently offers free subscription access. Users can use all features without charge.

Future Subscription Plans
• We plan to introduce tiered membership subscriptions in the future. Tiers may include both free and paid options, each with corresponding features.
• Details of any paid tiers will be communicated before implementation with clear service descriptions and pricing.

User Rights
• Until any paid model is implemented, existing users will continue to enjoy free access.
• We will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice before launching any paid plan so you can choose whether to upgrade or continue using available free features (if applicable).

Cancellation and Changes
• In a future paid model, you may cancel or change your membership tier at any time via your account settings or by contacting support.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable, but you may continue to use paid features until the end of the current billing period.


6. Free Trial

Eligibility
• We may offer limited-time free trials (“Free Trial”) for users to evaluate the Service.
• You may be required to provide valid billing information at sign-up, but you will not be charged during the Free Trial period.

Auto-Renewal
• At the end of the Free Trial, unless you cancel before it expires, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and applicable charges will apply.
• If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Reservation of Rights
• DropSure may modify Free Trial terms or discontinue Free Trials at any time without prior notice.


7. Fee Changes

Adjustment Conditions
• DropSure may change subscription or service fees. New fees will take effect after the current billing cycle ends.

Notice of Changes
• We will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice before fee changes take effect.

Deemed Acceptance
• Continued use of the Service after fee changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
• If you do not agree to the new fees, you must cancel before they take effect.


8. Refunds

Subscription Refunds
• DropSure does not promise refunds for subscription services. However, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at DropSure’s sole discretion.

9. Branding

Brand Support Services
DropSure offers brand support services to help strengthen your brand, including but not limited to:
• Customized thank-you cards
• Packaging design and customization

Limitations
Brand support applies only to eligible orders, for example:
• Products in the order must come from DropSure’s designated supply catalog.
• Ineligible products will not receive brand support services.


10. Accounts

Account Creation
• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information.
• Inaccurate or outdated information may result in suspension or termination.

Account Security
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account.
• Notify DropSure immediately of any unauthorized use.

Account Name Restrictions
You may not use account names that:
• Infringe others’ names or trademarks without authorization;
• Are offensive, obscene, or illegal.

Right to Refuse Service
• DropSure may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, including removal of content or cancellation of orders.


11. Links to Other Websites

Third-Party Sites
• The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by DropSure.
• We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Risk
• Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk. DropSure shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from third-party sites.

Recommendation
• We strongly recommend reviewing the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services you visit.


12. Onboarding Order Credit

Eligibility
• The first-order credit is available only to newly registered users and is non-transferable.
• Each user may redeem the first-order credit once. Abuse (e.g., multiple accounts) may result in cancellation of the credit.

Restrictions
• The credit cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
• The credit has no cash value and can only be applied to eligible order fees.

DropSure’s Rights
• DropSure may modify, pause, or terminate the first-order credit program at any time without prior notice.


13. Prohibited Uses

Prohibited Conduct
Users must not use the Service or its content to:
1) Engage in illegal activities (e.g., fraud, theft, money laundering).
2) Infringe intellectual property rights (unauthorized use of DropSure’s or third parties’ trademarks, copyrights, patents, etc.).
3) Conduct malicious activities (e.g., distribute viruses or malicious code, disrupt normal website operations).
4) Harass or discriminate based on gender, religion, race, age, or other protected characteristics.
5) Misuse data (e.g., illegally collect or track others’ personal information).

Enforcement
• DropSure may immediately terminate accounts and Service access for violations and, where appropriate, report to law enforcement.


14. Intellectual Property & Safe Harbor

DropSure respects and protects intellectual property rights. All products and content displayed on the platform are provided by suppliers or partners. DropSure acts solely as a neutral technical and service provider and does not proactively pre-screen user- or supplier-uploaded content.

If you believe that any product or content on our platform infringes upon your legal rights, please contact us at support@dropsure.com with a valid notice and supporting documentation. Upon receiving a valid notice, DropSure will remove or disable access to the reported product or content within 48 hours.

In addition, if DropSure becomes aware of any manifestly infringing content, we reserve the right to proactively remove or disable access to such content even without receiving a formal notice.

Accordingly, any infringement or related disputes arising from supplier- or third-party-provided content shall be the sole responsibility of the supplier or third party. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropSure shall not be held directly liable for such disputes.


15. Termination

Grounds for Termination
DropSure may terminate your account immediately if:
1) You violate any part of these Terms;
2) Required by law or governmental order;
3) You fail to make required payments (applicable if/when paid services are introduced).

Effects of Termination
• After termination, you will lose access to your data and Service features.
• Termination does not affect DropSure’s right to collect amounts due.

User-Initiated Termination
• You may stop using the Service at any time. Fees already paid are non-refundable.


16. Indemnification

Your Obligation
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DropSure and its employees, agents, partners, and suppliers from any losses, liabilities, claims, or expenses arising from:
1) Your violation of these Terms;
2) Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

Scope
• Indemnification includes, without limitation:
1) Direct losses (e.g., service interruption or business losses caused by violations);
2) Reasonable legal fees, including attorneys’ fees and costs.

DropSure’s Rights
• DropSure may participate in the defense and settlement of any matter subject to indemnification to protect its interests.


17. Limitation of Liability

Exclusions
In no event shall DropSure, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for:
1) Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities;
2) Loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
3) Losses arising from: (i) your access to or use of—or inability to access or use—the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained through the Service; (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

No Warranties
• We do not warrant that: (1) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (2) results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable; (3) the Service environment will be free of viruses or harmful components.

Service Suspension
• DropSure may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time, including without notice.

Disclaimer
• You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service and all products or services provided through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

Jurisdictional Limits
• Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages. In such cases, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.


18. Disclaimer

Use at Your Own Risk
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee:
• Availability without errors or interruptions;
• Accuracy of results or that the Service meets your expectations;
• Complete security against viruses or harmful components.

Warranty Exclusions
All express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.

Important Notice
DropSure is not responsible for any losses resulting from your use of or reliance on the Service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or revenue loss.


19. Entire Agreement

Integration
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DropSure and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or proposals, whether oral or written.

Interpretation
If any provision is held invalid by a court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Ambiguities shall not be construed against the drafting party.

No Waiver
Failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.


20. Changes

Right to Modify
• DropSure may modify or replace these Terms at any time and will update them as needed.
• For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice.

User Responsibility
• You are responsible for reviewing updates periodically.
• Continued use of the Service after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Disagreement
• If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service. Previously paid fees are non-refundable.


21. Return Policies

Eligibility
Our warehouses accept return and refund requests in the following cases:
• The product arrives to your customer damaged, lost, or defective.
• You must submit supporting evidence (e.g., photos or videos from your customer).

Process
• If you believe your order meets the above conditions, submit your request with evidence to us.
• We will review and inform you of the refund or specific steps to be taken.
