“After the product is released, you may encounter situations where you need to adjust the inventory quantity, such as when the inventory shows 0.

If the product is listed from Dropsure, you can:

  1. Add the shipping location

First click Settings in the lower left corner, click Location, and find the place to add

Then set corresponding information

Name: Dropsure

Address: Zhejiang,China, and click Save

 

  1. Set the delivery location

Click Products>Inventory, then click to find Dropsure Fulfillment. (as shown below)

Then find the product we need to modify and click on the title of the product.

 

Set the inventory to Multiple Locations and save it so you can make changes to it.

 

In addition, you can also select “Continue selling when stock is 0” as required.

 

  1. Set the inventory

Here’s the translation:

“Reopen the previous page, click on ‘Edit Location’ > select Dropsure (the location set previously).

Then, click on the inventory value area to edit the stock.

 

As shown in the image below, follow the order reference number to click.

  • Note:The location only needs to be set the first time; there’s no need to set it again.
  • The ‘Edit Location’ option will only appear after the inventory location is set, the page is closed, and reopened.
  • It’s recommended to enable ‘Continue Selling When Out of Stock’ to avoid issues where items cannot be sold due to zero stock.”
